NSP-MO Homes
SCB is the sole Primary Property Developer (PPD) for the State of Missouri, Neighborhood Stabiliazation Program (NSP-MO) in Kansas City, MO. NSP is part of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act passed by Congress in 2008. Its primary purpose is to purchase foreclosed residential properties, rehabilitate them to livable standards, and then sell to Buyers who have an income no more than 120% of Kansas City Median Income. East Village Apartments
Located in downtown Kansas City, MO on Holmes Street between 9th and 10th Streets, this 50-unit apartment building is under construction and scheduled to open in the 4th Quarter of 2011. The property features one- and two-bedroom units and many amenities.

Ivanhoe Gardens
Located adjacent to the Bruce R. Watkins Drive, Ivanhoe Gardens is an 80 unit multi-family rehabilitation effort that was transformed and updated through a $9 million investment. Construction began in fall 2005 and was completed in fall 2006.

Mt. Cleveland Townhomes II
Located adjacent to the Swope Campus at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and Blue Parkway, Mt. Cleveland Townhomes II is a 10 unit low–income, multi–family development that was constructed through a $1.8 million investment. The units are 2 stories, and all contain 3 bedrooms.

Mount Cleveland Heights
Swope Community Builders invested more than $8.2 million to create a safe and inviting duplex community for low-income families. Mount Cleveland Heights features 70 bungalow style duplexes with nostalgic front porches on a highly traveled thoroughfare with accessible public transportation alternatives.

Mount Cleveland Estates
Mount Cleveland Estates is a mixed income single-family development featuring 85 affordable housing and market-rate units. A $15 million development, the neighborhood includes two-story, split-entry and ranch homes featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Parkway Apartments
In partnership with the City of Kansas City, Mo., Swope Community Builders is developing the Parkway Apartments. More than 40 units of multi-family rental housing will be constructed through an investment of nearly $9 million, enhancing the redevelopment efforts along Paseo Boulevard.

Ridgeview Heights Apartments
Ridgeview Heights, a 192-unit multi-family hosing community, has recently completed a $13.7 million facelift. The new one- to three-bedroom units are part of a comprehensive redevelopment plan designed to renew economic opportunity to a formerly blighted and crime infested neighborhood. Swope Community Builders assembled both public and private partners in support of both physical rehabilitation and also introduced a crime prevention program with resident support activities.
